If photo(s) are mailed to Sl'sTouch.com, you do so at your own risk and indemnify us from any loss/damage to your photo prints. You agree to pay for any additional charges to return your original photo prints. Once you give your approval to produce the final print/digital file(s) you agree that you are not obligated to recieve a refund.

9  Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of USA and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.
