| All digital downloads are final. In the event you are not satisfied with your drawings, retouching or restorations and did not approve the final preview. We will refund the 20% deposit you made. |
| If you choose to order art prints, or photographic prints. Refunds are only given if you cancel before we make the final prints. Once you give us the approval to make the print(s), the transaction will be final. |
| In the event ypu recieve your final print damaged. Please contact us withinh 7 days of delivery. |
| Before we ship your print(s) we send you a photograph via email of the final print. If your order arrives in another condition that is not reflected in the photo, please contact us using our web form, by email support@slstouch.com or by phone (914) 355-4790. We will then begin the process of reshipping you a copy at no additional cost. |
